Excellent viewing exists on the entire 31 km course, however key spectator points will be –

• Kinglake Township

• King of the Mountain – Kinglake – Glenburn Rd (near Old Glenburn Rd)

Driving to Kinglake from Melbourne:      65 km /  1 hour 15 min

The Jayco Herald Sun Tour aims to minimise the impact on local communities.  However, some road closures will apply.

Closed Roads

Whittlesea – Kinglake Rd (between Kinglake – Glenburn Rd and Healesville – Kinglake Rd)
– Time: 4:00AM to 6:30PM
– No vehicle access is permitted

Kinglake – Glenburn Rd (between Whittlesea – Kinglake Rd and Elm Grove)
– Time: 9:00AM to 4:30PM
– Local access permitted

Local Access Only

Residents are permitted access at all times via use of a Resident Access Pass
Whittlesea – Kinglake Rd (between Kinglake – Glenburn Rd and Deviation Rd)
– Time: 9:00 am to 4:30 pm
Kinglake – Glenburn Rd (between McMahons Rd / Orchard Rd and Captains Creek Rd)
– Time: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

Rolling Road Closure:

Victoria Police will facilitate a rolling road closure along the course. A delay of 10 – 15 minutes may be experienced between 9:30AM and 3:30PM on Healesville – Kinglake Rd, Melba Hwy & Kinglake – Glenburn Rd
