Phillip Island Circuit
97.9km – 4.45km x 22 laps
|Date||Wednesday 30 January 2019|
|Location||Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit|
Racing kicks off for the women at the world-famous Phillip Island Circuit. Home to the Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix and the Australian round of the Superbike World Championships, the circuit will play host to a different type of bike come January 30.
A super smooth surface will see some very fast racing from women, however the potential for strong winds off the Bass Coast blowing straight across the circuit could see the race split up.
A day for the sprinters.

“Racing around the iconic Phillip Island motor racing circuit gives the riders a unique opportunity to do battle on one of the world’s great circuits. The first stage for the Lexus of Blackburn Women’s Herald Sun Tour on this fast circuit is sure to be one for the sprinters.”
